Jaime Kowal's 15 year career as a freelance photographer has taken her to 23 countries spanning six continents, providing travel and lifestyle imagery for commercial and editorial clients including The New York Times, Vogue Living Australia, Dwell, Condé Nast Traveler and National Geographic Adventure. She has photographed the last three Palm Springs Tourism campaigns promoting Palm Springs as a global hot spot and her fine art is included in private collections around the globe.
Jaime moved to Palm Springs after falling in love with the weather, people and lifestyle while on holiday in 2012. An entrepreneur at heart, she also recently opened The Amado and The Junipero - desert chic hotels catering to the contemporary traveler which have been featured in publications across the globe from Architectural Digest to Travel & Leisure.
Chris Pardo is the Founder of Chris Pardo Design - Elemental Architecture. He is also the designer of the upcoming Arrive Hotel in Palm Springs, and a number of successful establishments in Seattle including Grim's Provisions & Spirits, Manhattan Drugs Steak House and Auto Battery Sports Bar.
Chris spent eight years living/studying across the West Coast before returning to Seattle to attend the University of Washington’s Masters of Architecture program. While a student he Co-founded Pb Elemental Architecture along with former partner Dave Biddle. The firm grew quickly focusing not only on design, but also construction, development and real estate. In less than five years the duo had successfully designed over 500 projects.
After 10 years working in the well-known ‘Brasserie La Napoule’ as the lead waiter in his hometown in the South of France, Gregory moved to Burbank CA in 2008 to open a coffee shop named Simply Coffee, which was named 'Best Coffee in Burbank' by The Examiner. After selling his business, he moved to Palm Springs and Ernest Coffee is thrilled to have him as our GM.
An expert barista, Gregory is fluent in French and English and has a vast array of management and customer service experience.
